The first class is being held on Monday, 20th Sept from 6.30pm til 7.45pm.
The course runs for 6 weeks and cost is €90.
just bring yourself and a blanket and pillow.
Clear round jumping on Thursday evenings
Kilronan hosts clear round jumping every Thursday evening. Classes start at 6.30pm.
Entries are €15 first entry and €10 each subsequent
There is a 10% discount for riding club members.
No Horse or pony - no problem - there will be a special rate for hire of horse and entry fee.

2010 Halloween Pony Camp - "Own a pony for a week"
There are pony camps running at Halloween here at Kilronan Equestrian Centre. We have different camps to suit all levels of rider. Check back here for more details very soon.

Intermediate & Advanced Camp (11am-4pm)
The 4 day camp is run in a way that gives each child an idea of how much care, attention and hard work a pony needs on a daily basis and also how enjoyable it is to work with the pony on the ground. This gives your child much more confidence in the pony’s company & when riding. The Intermediate & advanced weeks are for children who are cantering and jumping comfortably. They also must be riding on a 1 hour lesson. If your child rides regularly with us, please talk to a member of staff about which week will benefit them the most. It is also a great idea when possible to keep the lesson groups together for camp as they are familiar and friendly with each other.

Click here for more information on an advanced camp. This camp is aimed at riders 12 years of age or over. It includes a trip to a professional showjumping yard, BHS Stage 2 stable management, dressage tests and showjumping rounds: Advanced Camp
Mini Camp (beginner-novice) (10am-1pm)
This is an introduction to pony camp for children. It runs for 3 days, starting at 10am and finishing at 1pm. It is an excellent way to introduce your child to horses, or encourage a nervous rider to gain confidence. This camp will be divided into groups and will cater for complete beginners. It is also suitable for riders who are comfortable at trot and have started to canter. If your child has not ridden with us before, it is a good idea to come for a one off lesson beforehand as children can feel overwhelmed on the 1st day of camp when everything is unfamiliar.

What they need to bring:
Please ensure your child is equiped with the following. Rain gear, boots with a small heel or wellies, packed lunch (full day), light snack (half day). Riding hats are provided.
